You might see a picture of a cool-looking character unleashing a powerful-looking move, but around half the time there's something wrong. See, one of the main problems I have with most download sites is that you really don't know what you are getting. Basically, I find MUGEN characters/stages, I check them out, I rate them, and I share them.
